Blog Post #9 Habits From Being Quarantined

The whole world was challenged with a crazy pandemic that threw everyone’s life a curveball. With the increase of time spent at home, what habits or activities have been increased? For me, I have started walking 5-6 times a week, I continue to (try to) read on a daily basis and control the content consumed. The last I believe being the biggest. With the exuberant amount of content out there at our fingertips, we also have to consider what we listen to, read, watch, scroll through or do. The content we consume has a tremendous impact on our moods and our actions.
Negative and well useless content tends to be “louder”; however positive, happy-natured, gratitude filled content has an even bigger impact in my opinion. Emphasis the good and leave the bad.
