Welcome back to FIRE2Happines! I wanted to take a second a write about a new practice I recently added to my routine, which is doing the “Wim Hof Breathing Practice”. I have mentioned Wim Hof, or the Iceman, on my podcast before but I only for about two weeks have been doing his guided breathing practice. It is different than a lot of other breathing techniques; not only has a complete effect on my mood in a positive manner and also challenges me. I would absolutely recommend adding this to any meditation or mental routine you work on!
